We meet with you (either in person or via phone and email) to understand what your goals are, research what your target audience wants and then create a strategy for how best to implement your project. 

Usually the type of business or the content of a site or does not affect the methods, procedures and coding used to build a website. Some sites require advanced functions to perform special operations and we have the depth and experience to meet your needs. It would be unlikely that we haven't had experience with your specific website features and functionality. We've worked with a wide range of clientele, which you can see in our portfolio.

Since we custom design all of our websites to meet your target audience's needs, we can design the site to look like whatever you desire. While we don't steal the design from others, we can use that design to get a feel for the style of web site design you are looking for.

After we meet with you (either in person of via phone and email), here's what we need in order to get started on your website design project:

• 50% of the project quote as a retainer. This is non-refundable once we begin work
• Signed contract
• Signed argreement for the total price of your project quote

We require a non refundable 50% deposit at the beginning of each new project and the remaining balance on the day the site goes live or three months from the date the contract is originally signed, whichever is sooner. In some cases we will require the total amount upfront, however this is strictly on a case by case bases. If the project is large and the cost is over $5,000 then once the deposit has been made the balance will be broken down into stages or phases to be paid after each phase is complete. We offer this payment plan to help make the website you want more affordable. Certain restrictions do apply and payment plans are not available on smaller packages, web hosting, and SEO. Deposits are only refundable if the refund is requested before work begins.
